GCWN shortlisted for Legal 500 Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative Award

The General Counsel Wellbeing Network (GCWN) has been shortlisted for the Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative Award at the upcoming Legal 500 UK ESG Awards 2026.

The recognition reflects GCWN’s continued work in supporting senior in-house counsel through a leadership-focused approach to wellbeing, creating trusted spaces for open conversation, peer connection, and practical tools that strengthen performance under pressure.

Since its launch, GCWN has grown into a global community of over 450 senior legal leaders, with active chapters in the UK and Middle East, and further expansion underway across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

The awards will take place on 30th April 2026 at the InterContinental London Park Lane, bringing together leading figures from across the legal profession to recognise progress in diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and wellbeing.

Steven MacGregor, Founder & CEO of GCWN, commented:

“We’re delighted to be shortlisted. This recognition reflects the openness and trust of the GC community, and the willingness of senior legal leaders to engage with wellbeing as a core element of leadership and performance.”

As GCWN continues to grow, the network remains focused on working with a small number of aligned partners who share a commitment to advancing leadership and wellbeing across the legal profession.
