GCWN Partners with Law.com International to Advance Wellbeing in Legal Leadership

The General Counsel Wellbeing Network (GCWN) is pleased to announce a partnership with Law.com International (ALM), strengthening our shared commitment to supporting senior legal leaders and driving meaningful conversations around wellbeing, performance, and leadership in the legal profession.

This collaboration builds on the deep connections forged through our founders keynote at the GLL Annual Forum in 2024, which sparked many of the early conversations that shaped the creation of GCWN.

As part of the partnership, GCWN will play an active role in the Leadership in Law Conference 2025, taking place on 4 December in London. The event brings together senior in-house counsel, law firm leaders, and industry experts to explore the changing face of legal leadership.

GCWN Founder & CEO Steven MacGregor will join a panel discussion on health and wellbeing in legal leadership, sharing insights from his 20+ year journey in wellbeing and leadership, as well as the GCWN journey to date.

In the evening, Steven will also take the stage at the Leadership in Law Awards, where he will announce the winner of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Initiative Award — a category proudly sponsored by GCWN.

In addition, we are delighted to offer a limited number of complimentary passes for GCWN members who wish to attend the conference. Members can contact GCWN through the normal channels to request a pass, while availability lasts.

“This partnership with Law.com International is a natural step for us. It gives GCWN an opportunity to contribute to important conversations on wellbeing and leadership in law while connecting with a wider community of senior legal professionals.
— Steven MacGregor, Founder & CEO, GCWN
