GCWN Launches “Frontline” — A New Member-Led Global Series for Senior In-House Leaders

The General Counsel Wellbeing Network (GCWN) is delighted to launch GCWN Frontline, a new member-led global series designed to bring practical insight, honest conversation, and peer learning to the forefront of the in-house legal community.

Created by the community itself and grounded in real experience, Frontline represents the next evolution of the network: insights delivered not only for members, but increasingly by members navigating leadership pressure, disruption, and change in real time.

The first session, “AI and the GC: Pressure, fear and what actually works”, will bring together senior in-house leaders from across the global membership across the UK, Middle East, Europe and beyond to explore one of the most significant shifts currently facing legal teams.

Fergus Speight, GCWN advisory board member and GC at Zilo who will co-deliver the session on AI with Utility Warehouse’s Laura Todd, commented:

“Some of the most valuable learning for senior legal leaders now comes from peers navigating the same challenges in real time. Frontline is designed to surface those practical insights in a more open, trusted, and actionable way.”

More than 500 GCWN members globally have been invited to participate in the inaugural session on 19th June. Frontline will initially launch in pilot mode through 2026, with further sessions planned in themes we believe are core to the flourishing of the in-house community.
